What is ZYRA NOVA?+
ZYRA NOVA is a community platform for Nepalis living in Portugal and Europe. It brings together shopping, community, events, jobs, housing, news, and businesses in one place.
Is ZYRA NOVA free to use?+
Yes — creating an account, joining the community, browsing listings, and posting in the community feed are all free. Shopping uses standard product pricing with no extra platform fees.
Is the platform in Nepali or English?+
Both! The platform is primarily in English for accessibility, but you'll find Nepali text throughout — and our support team responds in both languages.
Account & Login
I can't log in after a browser refresh. What should I do?+
Make sure cookies are enabled in your browser. ZYRA NOVA uses secure cookies to keep you logged in. If the issue persists, try logging out and back in, or clear your browser cache.
How do I reset my password?+
Go to the login page and click "Forgot password". Enter your email and we'll send you a reset link within a few minutes.
Can I change my username or email?+
You can update your display name in your account settings. Changing your email address requires contacting our support team.
Shopping
Do you ship to my country?+
We currently ship to all of mainland Portugal. Spain and other EU countries are coming soon. Check the product page for delivery options.
How long does delivery take?+
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days within Portugal. Delivery times vary by product and your location.
What is your return policy?+
We accept returns within 14 days for most items in original condition. Perishable food items cannot be returned. See our Returns page for full details.
Community & Listings
How do I post a job or housing listing?+
Log in to your account, then go to the Jobs or Housing section and click the "Post" button. Listings are reviewed and typically appear within a few hours.
Can I sell second-hand items?+
Yes! Go to the Second Hand section and click "Sell Item". You can list items with photos, description, price, and condition. Always meet in a public place for exchanges.
How do I report inappropriate content?+
Every post, listing, and message has a report option (flag icon). Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
Business Directory
How do I add my business to the directory?+
Go to the Business section and click "Register Business". Fill in your details and our team will verify and publish your listing within 2–3 business days.
Is the business listing free?+
Basic listings are free. Premium placements with enhanced visibility are available — contact us for pricing.
